Services We Provide

PineStraw Pro LLC delivers and installs short-leaf pine straw for residential properties in Central Florida. Services include:

• Delivery of pine straw bales to your home

• Optional installation/spreading of pine straw by our team

We do our best to provide timely, clean, and professional service every time.

Pricing and Payments

• Current Price: $7.25 per bale (installed)

• Minimum Order: We may have a minimum bale quantity depending on your location. We’ll notify you when you place your order.

• Payment: Payments must be made in full before or at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other digital payments via secure third-party processors.

All pricing is subject to change. You will always be informed of final pricing before confirming an order.

Scheduling and Service Area

• We serve customers within Central Florida only.

• After placing an order, you’ll be notified of your estimated service date.

• We typically schedule deliveries within 2 weeks and will confirm your exact installation date a few days before arrival.

If access to your property is restricted or gated, please plan in advance so we can complete your delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us serve you smoothly, we ask that you:

• Ensure your property is accessible for delivery and spreading

• Clearly mark or describe the areas where pine straw should be installed (if applicable)

• Keep pets and children away from work areas during installation

• Notify us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems in advance

We’re not responsible for damage caused by unmarked or hidden underground features.

Warranty and Limitations

We guarantee that the pine straw we deliver is clean, fresh, and sourced from reputable suppliers.

However:

• We do not offer warranties for the longevity of pine straw after installation.

• Pine straw is a natural product, and color, texture, and durability may vary slightly.

• Rain, wind, and lawn maintenance can affect how long it lasts—this is out of our control.

Liability

PineStraw Pro LLC is not liable for:

• Damage to property due to improper instructions or access issues

• Injuries sustained due to misuse or modification of installed materials

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any information you provide (like your name, address, or payment details) is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and is used solely to fulfill your order and provide support.

Changes to These Terms
